Tarrant Co. Jail in-custody death update

Sheriff Bill Waybourn gives an update about a recent in-custody death at the Tarrant County Jail. Sheriff Waybourn says the incident is still under investigation and that if there is evidence of criminal wrongdoing they will be held responsible.
