'Skidboot the Dog' to be inducted into hall of fame

For the first time, a dog will be inducted into the Texas Cowboy Rodeo Hall of Fame as rodeo personnel. David Hartwig, the owner of Skidboot. The late pup was the ambassador at the State Fair of Texas for many years. He also performed at rodeos in 36 states and appeared on popular television talk shows.
