Woman convicted of plotting to kill fianc?e's ex

A federal jury in Dallas convicted a Rowlett woman for orchestrating the murder of her fianc?e's ex-girlfriend in October of 2020. Holly Ann Elkins was described as the puppet master behind the crime.
