YMCA hosts Healthy Kids Day event

For three decades, the YMCA has hosted Healthy Kids Day to celebrate and teach healthy habits to children and their families. Heidi Brasher, the YMCA's senior director of Movement, Engagement, Strategy, and Innovation, talks to Good Day about this year's celebration and events on Saturday.
