Crash victims sue Rashee Rice, Teddy Knox

A Dallas couple filed a lawsuit against Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice and SMU Mustang Teddy Knox for injuries they suffered during a high-speed crash on the North Central Expressway.
