Biden implores Congress to avoid govt. shutdown

President Joe Biden met with four top leaders of Congress Tuesday, urging them to act quickly as the government shutdown deadline approaches. Lawmakers left the meeting with optimism, but there was still no clear plan on how to find common ground before the end of the week.
