Family friend charged with murder of 11-year-old

42-year-old Don Steven McDougal is now charged with capital murder the in death of 11-year-old Audrii Cunningham, according to court records. Authorities say McDougal was a friend of the family who lived in a camper behind the house where Audrii lived. Cunningham's body was found in a river in southeast Texas on Tuesday.
