Chip Roy says Mayorkas deserved to be impeached

On their second attempt, Republicans successfully impeached DHS Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas over the border issue. His removal from office is unlikely, but Texas Rep. Chip Roy said it was necessary to help fix the problem.
