RAW: KC officials give update on parade shooting

Kansas City officials give an update on the shooting at the Chiefs' Super Bowl parade. Kansas City Police Chief says there are 23 total victims, including one woman who was killed. Most of the victims are under the age of 16. Some of the suspects are juveniles. Chief Graves said this was not an act of terrorism.
