Dallas Zoo wants $30M in bond money for improvements

The Dallas Zoo is asking the city for tens of millions of dollars to make improvements. The zoo has already invested more than a million in security upgrades. Now it is looking at other areas it can revamp. FOX 4's Hanna Battah shares the plans.
