Dallas Fire Prevention Officer back at work after stroke

Dallas Fire Prevention Officer Clarence Briggs returned to work on Wednesday after suffering a stroke on the job in July. The Navy vet's co-workers threw a huge celebration for his return. Briggs thanked his partner for helping to save his life.
