Mother of missing Everman boy indicted for murder

The mother of a missing Tarrant County boy who is presumed dead was indicted for capital murder and other charges. Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez was last seen alive a year ago. His family fled the country after police started asking questions about his whereabouts.
