New community center and museum opens in Deep Ellum

For 150 years, Deep Ellum has been a part of Dallas but has not had a place where people can gather and collaborate. That's now changed. A grand opening this weekend will celebrate a new community center that's partly a museum with permanent and rotating exhibits that showcase the area's music and cultural history.
