Garland veteran earns title of Star-Spangled Ambassador

A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant who lives in Garland has also earned the title of Star-Spangled Ambassador. Richard Parks' mission now includes a very special American flag that has traveled all over the world.
