State Fair of Texas: Loaded Fries Pizza

Tom Grace is serving up another pizza with a twist at the State Fair of Texas. This year he takes his classically hand-tossed dough, then adds his house-made buttermilk ranch dressing. To cap it off the pizza is then topped with layers of shredded mozzarella, crunchy bacon, salty fries and a blanket of cheddar cheese! The loaded fries pizza is one-of-a-kind.
