State Fair of Texas: Good Day tastes Turkey Ribs

A State Fair of Texas veteran has put a new twist on a holiday classic. Abel Gonzales, who has come up with dozens of fried food ideas through the years, was a Big Tex Choice Awards finalist this year with his Turkey Ribs. He took the best part of a turkey, fried it, and served it with stuffing seasoned fries, giblet gravy, and salsa.
