Teen shot in North Richland Hills road rage incident

Police in the Fort Worth suburb of North Richland Hills are looking for the person who shot a teenager in an apparent case of road rage. The 16-year-old driver admits he mistakenly cut the driver of an SUV off on North Loop 820 but didn't expect to get shot for that.
