Hit-and-run suspect was driving 90 mph: witnesses

Police say a silver Ford Mustang driven by 21-year-old Damien Torres was speeding when it hit a Honda sedan. Multiple witnesses told officers he was driving erratically and estimated the Mustang was going more than 90 miles per hour in the 45-mile-per-hour zone.
