Health tips for busy working moms

We know the adage "fill your cup before pouring into everyone else's" or "put your own oxygen mask on first, then your child's." But women, especially working women, inherently do the exact opposite. They often take care of everyone else before prioritizing themselves. Dietician Meridan Zerner joined Good Day to share some tips to help busy moms deal with stress, lack of sleep, workload and poor eating habits -- which can all lead to serious illness.
