TxDOT planning change to U.S. 75 HOV lanes
TxDOT is planning to convert the HOV lanes on both sides of the North Central Expressway to technology lanes between I-635 in Dallas County and the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Collin County. TxDOT spokesman Tony Hartzel explains what that means.
