Fort Worth ISD hires Angelica Ramsey to replace Kent Scribner

The Fort Worth Independent School District has a new superintendent. Dr. Angelica Ramsey was officially hired Tuesday during a special board meeting. She replaces Dr. Kent Scribner, who retired last month.
