You've seen American Idol star Jennifer Hudson starring as Effie White in Dreamgirls, as Carrie's assistant on Sex and the City and more recently as Aretha Franklin. Now she's playing a new role -- herself. Her new daytime talk show premieres Monday on FOX. She sat down to talk about the show while visiting Dallas.
