More than 40 million Americans could see all or part of their college loan debt canceled thanks to an order by President Joe Biden. Good Day talked to Washington Post syndicated personal finance columnist Michelle Singletary about the plan to forgive $10,000 in debt for those earning less than $125,000 a year or $20,000 for low-income students with Pell Grants.
