In hopes of hiring more teachers in time for the new year, Fort Worth ISD is getting ready for what's being called an "on-the-spot hiring extravaganza." FWISD Chief Talent Officer Raul Pena joined Good Day to talk about the event and the district's teacher staffing shortage.
