Group launches app to help officers battling stress

There is a new tool for Texas police officers to battle the stress of their jobs. Former Irving police chief, Jeff Spivey, joined Good Day to talk about the Texas Law Enforcement Peer Network, an anonymous app that was created by the Caruth Police Institute at UNT Dallas.
