The city of Dallas is committing to a plan to confront climate change. Environmental attorney Carlos Evans serves as the director of the Dallas Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability. He joined Good Day to talk about the plan's goals including reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency in community centers and more.
