Dallas zoologists install artificial penguin nexts
From a population exceeding 4 million birds in the 1800s, there has been a 99 percent decrease in African penguins. A group of zoologists from the Dallas Zoo are part of a program to help self the wild population. They just returned from South Africa where they helped to install artificial nests in safe locations.
