Emmitt Smith helps to develop innovation center in South Dallas

Cowboys legend Emmitt Smith has been a big player in a new innovation center, one meant to bring new opportunities to young people in southern Dallas. The mixed-use development with retail and commercial space also includes UNT Dallas youth development and job training programs.
