How Step Saved Christmas
Dariel Emby Fitness is partnering with the MLK Community Center for an event benefiting children. It's called "How Step Saved Christmas." It is all about step aerobics, which is also known as bench aerobics or step training. A small platform is used to help burn calories and have fun while doing it. Whether you consider yourself a novice or an expert, all are welcome. The class is free, but participants are asked to drop off a toy. It's also a way to show everyone a fun way to burn calories and get a good workout in. The instructor will be on hand to guide everyone through the process. Saturday, December 11 at 10:00 AM to 12 NOON Admission: Bring an unwrapped toy Location: 1645 New York Ave, Arlington, TX Signup: DarielEmbryFitness.ticketleap.com/howstepsavedchristmas
