Suspects arrested after crashing Lamborghini during joy ride

Two suspects were taken into custody after assaulting a valet, stealing a Lamborghini and leading authorities on a chase.

The chase happened in the 500 block of South Lamar Street early Sunday morning. Police say 18-year-old William Caston and 19-year-old Dez Bell assaulted a valet and took off with the luxury car.

A Dallas police chopper kept an eye on them until sheriff's deputies were able to get involved and locate the vehicle at Kiest and Polk Street.

Police said the vehicle caught fire and became disabled near eastbound I-20 and northbound I-45.

Caston and Bell are facing charges of theft, robbery and evading in a vehicle.
