DALLAS - Authorities have identified a 24-year-old man who died after being shot multiple times by two unidentified assailants in Southeast Dallas early last Thursday, police said.

What we know:
Kenneth Ray Turner Jr., 24, died at Baylor University Medical Center at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27, roughly five hours after the shooting, according to records from the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death has been ruled a homicide.
Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 100 block of North Jim Miller Road around 3:20 a.m. Preliminary investigation details indicate Turner was shot multiple times by two unknown suspects.
Dallas Fire-Rescue took Turner to the hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
No suspects are in custody, and no arrests have been made.
