Four people were killed when witnesses say a woman drove her car into a crowd at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.

Police have released the identities of the three adults who died, but the name of a 2-year old boy who also died is unknown. In a news release Sunday, the Stillwater Police Department revealed the deceased are 23-year old Nakita Prabhakar of Edmond, OK and two victims who were both 65-years old, Jean Stone and Marvin Lyle Stone, both of Stillwater, OK.

Forty-seven people were injured in the collision, including five who remained in critical condition early Sunday. OSU president Burns Hargis reacted to the fatal accident with sadness, saying  "The Oklahoma State homecoming parade is probably one of the most wholesome, happy events in the country, and to have it fouled like this is just a terrible tragedy.
