UPDATE: Police say they have both been found safe at a gas station tonight in Hudson Oaks, just west of Fort Worth.

ORIGINAL STORY: Police are searching for a Carrollton man and his grandson after going missing Monday afternoon.
Carrollton PD says Vincent Nguyen, 80, picked up his 5-year-old grandson, Victor Nguyen, around 3 p.m. from preschool. They haven’t been heard from since.
Police say the grandfather has possible memory issues. He has disappeared before, but he was later found in Garland.
Vincent is described as an Asian male with gray hair and glasses. Victor was last seen in a green shirt and dark shorts.
Police believe they may be in a 2004 silver Honda Accord with TX license plate CW7R555.
