All eastbound lanes of I-30 in Fort Worth closed after multi-vehicle crash
FORT WORTH - All eastbound lanes of I-30 in Fort Worth are closed this morning following a multi-vehicle crash involving several 18-wheelers.
An emergency helicopter landed on the highway to assist with medical aid for those who may be injured.

The crash occurred just before 6 a.m. on I-30 near the East Loop 820 interchange in Tarrant County.
The northbound East Loop 820 ramp to eastbound I-20 is also completely blocked.
