Dallas police officer arrested for public intoxication
DALLAS - A Dallas Police Department officer was arrested for public intoxication in Little Elm.
Officer Frank Johnson was off duty when he was arrested Saturday.
He has been with Dallas PD since November 2013.
Johnson is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation.
