DALLAS - A Dallas Fire-Rescue firefighter died Sunday in a crash out of state.
Fire officials said Ceasar Rios was off duty when the fatal accident happened in Nebraska.
Rios was a driver engineer and had been with the department for nearly 10 years.
No other details regarding the incident were released.
