DALLAS - A Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance was involved in a crash at the intersection of Hawthorne and Maple Avenues in the Medical District on Saturday night.

The crash happened at 9:39 p.m.

The ambulance was traveling on Maple Ave. with lights and sirens while responding to an emergency call when it crashed into another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
