17-year old London Hibbs recently became Miss America's Outstanding Teen. It happened this past weekend in Orlando.
London walked away with the crown, $31,000 in college scholarships and a year-long commitment to criss cross the country to help teens find their passion and get involved in the community.
London sat down with FOX 4’s Heather Hays to discuss her latest accomplishment.
