Student on a mission to promote the U.S. Constitution

Middle school student Tova Love Kaplan entered a contest put on by the North Texas-based group Constituting America. She is one of the winners and joined Good Day to talk about her mission to share her love of the U.S. Constitution and advocate for civil civic conversations.
