Glen and Sherri Kusak are known for their Chicken Fried Bacon at the State Fair of Texas. This year they're cooking up smoke-crusted beef brisket that's shredded with BBQ sauce and rolled into balls. The seasoned and breaded balls are deep fried and served on a bed of coleslaw. They also come with an injectable sause.
