FORT WORTH, Texas - Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth is adding another outdoor activity for people to enjoy this summer.
A 30-foot pontoon boat will be launching from Panther Island to take up to 16 people at a time on a tour of the Trinity River.
Ryan Helm, the captain and owner of Panther Island Boat Tours, said the tour is surprisingly scenic with some spectacular views of the Trinity River.
"We've got some good wildlife. We've got some woodsy areas. We've got some good sunsets. We're ready," he said.
The one-hour historical family tours, one-hour BYOB night tours and two-hour sunset dinner cruises will be available starting on Friday.
Tours must be booked in advance.
