Chef Robbie Shoults from Bear Creek Smokehouse stops by Good Day to share a recipe that's great for Thanksgiving leftovers.

2 pounds of turkey light or dark meat.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Craisins
1/2 cup slivered almonds or chopped pecans
slider buns OR wheat crackers 

Mix all of the above thoroughly and chill. Serve on slider buns or use as an appetizer with wheat crackers.
