Heat...and Repeat! Until the Weekend....

Surprisingly few changes in this forecast. It's just your "normal" heat & humidity until the weekend!

Today and tomorrow will be similar. Muggy to start. A bit "less humid" in the afternoon. Just a few clouds. Heat index 100-103 ...maybe a few spots near 105 tomorrow.

As for shower chances? Minimal today (10% far SE) and low tomorrow (just 20% east only). They do go UP this weekend.

Saturday looks to be quiet to start. It's a low possibility that storms are around early in Oklahoma...but more likely is that they develop north and east of the Metroplex with heating midday and gradually work south and west in the afternoon. 30% coverage...but higher NE. Some strong to marginally severe wind possible. Highs mid 90s.

By Sunday, a weak front stalls on the Red River. There could be some storms earlier in the day which again work south with heating. Coverage at least 30% or higher. Highs low 90s.

This disturbance keeps afternoon storm chances alive at least Mon-Tue before dissipating by mid-next week. Temps though look reasonable...nothing above mid 90s until later next week.
