Two victims hospitalized by bloody suspect in Fort Worth

A Fort Worth hit-and-run that occurred over the weekend saw two people seriously injured and hospitalized, and the suspect was seen with blood on his face in his mugshot. FOX 4's Vania Castillo has more.
