Dallas SD, feds reach settlement over abuse mishandlings

Dallas ISD and federal investigators have reached a $1 million settlement over the district's failures to report abuse claims related to a former educator now facing charges from his time in Forney ISD. FOX 4's Shaun Rabb has more.
