Dallas CASA raising money with parade of playhouses

Dream house for children go on display today at NorthPark Center for the start of Dallas CASA's signature event. As great as it is for the families who win the houses in the raffle, it really benefits children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are living in the care of the state.
