Drop in COVID-19 testing in Texas has people asking questions

There's been a big drop in coronavirus testing in Texas since the middle of July and a big jump in the percentage of tests coming back positive. Dr. John Carlo, who is a member of the Texas Medical Association's COVID-19 task force joins Good Day to talk about the numbers and what they mean.
