Dallas police release body cam video of shootout
Dallas police released new body camera video showing a shootout between officers and a capital murder suspect last week. Chief Eddie Garcia said Jordan Owens' gun was equipped with an extended magazine and a "glock switch." An officer and Owens were injured in the shootout.
