An 83-year-old woman is now being taken off of life support at Parkland Hospital in Dallas after police say three brothers beat her unconscious Friday afternoon.
18-year-old Thomas Perkins, 19-year-old Edward Perkins and 20-year-old Jesse Perkins have all been charged with aggravated assault after the attack on Dessie Hancock.
Police say the charges could be increased to murder.
Police say Jesse Perkins beat Hancock for no apparent reason at a home on Boyd Drive.
They are still investigating what role brothers Thomas and Edward Perkins played in the attack and what provoked it.
