Garland resident wins $1M prize from scratch ticket sold in Dallas

GARLAND, Texas - A Garland resident won a $1 million prize on a scratch-off ticket they bought in Dallas.

The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, bought the winning ticket at a 7-Eleven on Oak Lawn, near Fairmount Street.

The winning ticket was from the Millions Club game.

The Texas Lottery says it was the second of 10 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the game.
